BNA Sports offers an exciting and amazing experience for youth ages 3-18 to play flag football. There is also an Adult Womens and Mens division, depending on the location. Division Champions have the opportunity to compete at the regional and national tournaments.

Winter Garden fall #1 Season (Aug 16th-Sept 27th)
Horizon West/Winter Garden NFL Flag Football Spring League EXPERIENCE for boys and girls ages 3-18.
Price:
Early-bird (Through May 1, 2026) - $165
Regular (Through August 2, 2026) - $175
Head Coach: FREE Registration (must register, then receive refund if selected as HC)
Ages & Divisions: co-ed BNA Sports Futures Division (3 & 4 year olds), 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, and 14u
All-Girls: 1st - 3rd Grade, 4th - 5th Grade, Middle School and High School

- 3 divisions per level: Pro (Drafted as a free agent); Dynasty (Competitive) AND Dynasty (Recreational)
Pro Division: register as a free agent and selected to a team by coach or BNA staff

Games: Sunday evenings (August 16 - September 27, 2026); No Games September 6 (Labor Day Weekend)
Time: 12pm - 6pm weekly
Format: 5 on 5 BNA FLAG; guaranteed 6 games
