NFL FLAG is the official flag football league of the NFL and the largest youth flag football organization in the United States. BNA Sports offers an exciting and amazing experience for youth ages 3-18 to play flag football. There is also a Adult Women division for the Fall season. Division Champions have the opportunity to compete at the NFL Flag Regionals and 2025 NFL Pro Bowl.

Ages & Divisions
Co-Ed BNA Sports Futures Division (3 & 4 year olds)
Rookie Division, 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 15u AND All-Girls 8u, 10u, 12u, and High School (7on7)
- Team or Individual (Free Agent)
- 2 Divisions per Level:
- Pro (drafted as a Free Agent)
- Dynasty (bring your own Team - minimum of 8 players)
- Divisions are subject to change based on registration
Team Selection Process:
- Coach Requests are reviewed.
- Buddy Requests are reviewed.
- If there are any Free Agents that don't have Coach/Buddy Requests, those players are randomly placed on teams.

BNA Sports Futures Division - birthyear 2019 or 2020
*New - Rookie Division (1st year 6U players and Futures Transitioning players)*
6u - birthyear 2017 or 2018
8u - birthyear 2015 or 2016
10u - birthyear 2013 or 2014
12u - birthyear 2011 or 2012
15u - birthyear 2008, 2009, or 2010
Game Locations/Time/Format
Games: Sundays (October 6 - November 17, 2024); bye week or makeup date - November 10, 2024
Time: 10am - 6pm weekly (subject to change)
Format: 5 on 5 BNA FLAG; guaranteed 6 games
