BNA Sports presents “The March MadNIGHT EXPERIENCE”

Saturday, March 29th

 

The March MadNIGHT EXPERIENCE is a premier flag football tournament that will provide on-field and off-field once-in-a-lifetime Experiences! Line up and enjoy “The Experience!” March Madness bracket-play style!

 

Entry fee:

$400/per team

$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by the registration deadline. 

 

Details:

3 game minimum - single elimination bracket play; all championships will conclude at NIGHT!

NFL FLAG Rulebook (with modifications)

Champions receive rings

Athlete MVP necklaces

Gold bracket winners receive 1/2 bid to BNA Winter Classic and National Championship in Orlando, FL

- 6U,  8U coed and 10U girls (Size 5) Pee Wee football

- 10U, 12U, coed and 12U, 14U girls (Size 6) Junior football

 

Divisions: ages as of January 1, 2025

Coed – 6U, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U and 16U

*coed can consist of all boys, all girls or a mix of both 

All-Girls – 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and High School

*BNA Sports reserves the right to combine divisions if three (3) or less teams are signed up in a division. 

 

Registration Deadline:

March 15, 2025 11:55pm EST

 

Rosters:

12 Player Roster Max & 3 Coaches Max Per Team (includes media member)

All rosters must be uploaded into the Zorts Player Registration system.  Zorts Player Cards are required for each player on the roster.  A player card will require a head shot of the player from the shoulders up, without a soft shell helmt on, and either a birth certificate, passport, or other state ID showing the birth date.

 

Team Check-In:

Check-in will begin at 3:30pm on Saturday, March 29th at The Villages fields.  We highly recommend checking-in at least 1 hour prior to your first game.

 

Refund policy:

BNA Sports Organization has a no refund policy once you pay the deposit or the registration fee in full.  In the unusual circumstance where your team is unable to play due to injuries, illness, etc. we will provide you a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament in 2025 as long as we receive written notification by March 15, 2025 at 11:55pm EST.  In the unforseeable scenario that we are impacted by COVID-19 or other virus-related events, including but not limited to, a mandatory quarantine and/or shut-down of "non-essential" businesses, we will be offering a credit to a future BNA Sports Tournament.

Saturday, May 17th

 

The Make HER Name Great All-Girls EXPERIENCE is a premier flag football tournament that will provide on-field and off-field once-in-a-lifetime Experiences! Line up and enjoy “The Experience!”

 

Entry fee:

$450/per team

$50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Must be paid in full by the registration deadline. 

 

Details:

Each team receives a custom Make HER Name Great football

4 game minimum - single elimination bracket play

USA Football 5's and HS 7's

Champions receive rings

Athlete MVP necklaces

Gold bracket winners receive 1/2 bid to BNA Winter Classic and National Championship in Orlando, FL (December 13-14, 2025)

- 6U,  8U coed and 10U girls (Size 5) Pee Wee football
