We wanted to offer this option for families that want their child to participate in sports, but would rather pay a small monthly fee throughout the year versus the full registration fee every season.

BNA Sports Plus +
With the BNA Sports PLUS+ Membership, your child can play up to 2 sports of your choice every season INCLUDED in the monthly fee of $65/month. This is our Most Popular membership! It allows your child to have fun playing sports year round.
BNA Sports membership (Basic Level)
With the BNA Sports Membership (basic level), your child can play up to 2 sports of your choice every season for 50% off. You would pay a monthly fee of $35/month to get the 50% discount each time you sign your child for up to 2 sports each season.
