NFL FLAG is the official flag football league of the NFL and the largest youth flag football organization in the United States. BNA Sports offers an exciting and amazing experience for youth ages 5-16 to play flag football. Division Champions have the opportunity to compete at the NFL Flag Regionals and 2025 NFL Pro Bowl.

Ages & Divisions
Co-Ed 6u, 8u, 10u, 12u, 15u AND All-Girls 10u, 12u
- Register as a Team (must have a team of 5 or more players)
- Register as an Individual (free agent)
- Divisions are subject to change based on registration
Team Selection Process:
- Coach Requests are reviewed.
- Buddy Requests are reviewed.
- If there are any Free Agents that don't have Coach/Buddy Requests, those players are randomly placed on teams.
Age & Division breakdown
6u - birthyear 2017 or 2018
8u - birthyear 2015 or 2016
10u - birthyear 2013 or 2014
12u - birthyear 2011 or 2012
15u - birthyear 2008, 2009, or 2010
Game Locations/Time/Format
Games: Friday Evenings (April 5, 2024 - May 10, 2024)
Time: 5pm - 9pm weekly (subject to change)
Format: 5 on 5 NFL FLAG; Guaranteed 6 Games
